Help Us Plan A Parent Workshop Day! Thank you for your continued interest in The Lotus School of Liberal Arts. We are offering a parent workshop day at our school on Saturday, April 25, 2020 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm led by various professionals. We have some ideas for topics and would like your input on them. Also, we are open to suggestions for topics you may not see listed. Please take a moment to answer some brief survey questions to let us know which topics you are interested in learning more about. Answer "yes" to all that interest you. As soon as the specific workshops are scheduled, we will send out a link to register for the event. Nature relieves attention fatigue and increases creativity. At the Lotus School we know that technology is designed to constantly pull for our attention. But many scientists believe our brains were not made for this kind of information bombardment, and that it can lead to mental fatigue, overwhelm, and burnout, requiring “attention restoration” to get back to a normal, healthy state. Lotus Coffeehouse Fundraiser

2020 Coffeehouse Fundraiser - Friday, May 15, 2020 It's always a fun time at the Annual Lotus School Coffeehouse Fundraiser. Good food, live jazz music and a silent auction featuring lots of great items from local businesses and artisans. All proceeds benefit the Lotus Scholarship Fund. The Lotus School of Liberal Arts is a 501(c)3 non profit and all donations are tax deductible. Tickets available from Eventbrite.  $40 adults, $20 students, under 10 free. Below are some of the companies donating items to our auction.  More will be added soon! Professionals Open House

  Open House for Professionals *cancelled until further notice March 25, 2020 We are inviting professionals to learn more about the program at The Lotus School of Liberal Arts by attending a short presentation on The Lotus Model. Students flourish in what a small learning community offers: low student/teacher ratio, strong connections with teachers and course work, mindfulness practices, and an education that emphasizes experiential learning. At The Lotus School, students find a place where they can better reach their potential.  By keeping small and thinking big, each student gets the personal attention they need to achieve more.  Our small class size, combined with experienced educators, meet our students' needs for challenge with support.
