Join Principal Peter Ryan and Connie Meizinger for a discussion on classroom mindfulness.

Connie Meizinger, MA, CAPP, is the founder of Connecting Mindfully, whose mission is to make mindfulness and positive psychology accessible to teachers, youths, adults, and families.

“Positive Psychology and the Teenage Years”

She received her MA in Counseling from Arcadia University and a BS in Education from Gwynedd-Mercy University and is dually certified in special and elementary education. Self identified as “A Seeker” for continued growth, Connie received certification in the .b [“dot-b”] Mindfulness in Schools Project at the Garrison Institute and Applied Positive Psychology.

As a teacher, facilitator, coach, and speaker, Connie specializes in developing these skills and effective practices in both children and adults. Her passion is taking information and research-based concepts/practices and transforming them into fun and digestible learning opportunities for enhanced social, emotional and personal well-being.
